Dealer Direct Processor - Colorado

  • Review the stipulations and conditions for approval to verify that all requirements of the loan have been met
  • Communicate with dealers regarding stipulations and conditions that have not been met and which will cause funding delays
  • Open new accounts according to credit union procedures, securing proper identification and documentation for OFAC reporting

Responsible for the loan processing of the Dealer Direct Department to include the processing of new loan packets, setting up new accounts, and communication with both the new members and at times the dealerships. Will communicate with the department regarding status, issues and other items as needed.

Branch Manager - San Luis Valley Area

  • Responsible for the successful Onboarding, training, and development of new associates in the Assistant Branch Manager, MSR 1 & 2 positions with direct oversight on training provided by Assistant Branch Manager to additional associates
  • Oversee audits and verify new account and account maintenance conducted at the branch to ensure appropriate documentation is captured
  • Assist the Assistant VP of Operations in the development and updating of applicable procedures and processes to support Deposit Operations and service standards held

Directly oversees and effectively manages resources to meet the needs of the Member, Aventa goals and initiatives, and overall Branch Operations, creating a positive branch environment held among service, growth and controls. Regular travel among SLV Area Branch locations, including Salida, Crestone, Center and Saguache. Some travel to Pueblo/Denver/Colorado Springs will be required.

Member Service Representative - Salida

  • Help meet the needs of the member while actively supporting and helping to achieve goals and initiatives set for the Branch and Department
  • Provide enhanced support in recognizing member needs, troubleshooting, and fulfillment of complex questions that arise from member, or non-member, interactions
  • Assist as a dual control function, and back up to the branch management team, in the following processes: ATM Balancing, ATM Replenishment, Cash Buy/Sell functions, Vault Sheet and Balancing

Actively engage with members and non-members of Aventa Credit Union, and takes a lead role in MSR duties in helping to meet the needs of the members. Spanish speaking preferred.

Contact Center Representative - Colorado

  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful manner in interactions by phone and electronic communication, including, but not limited to email, fax, secure message, etc.
  • Provides quality service in alignment to GREAT Culture initiatives with members, non-members, and Aventa Associates
  • Makes every reasonable attempt to accurately verify Members, and supports in monitoring and deterring potential fraud efforts

Actively engages with Members, Non-Members, and peer Associates in the fulfillment of Aventa Credit Union goals and initiatives set by completing financial services via phone and electronic communication while upholding standards of the GREAT Service culture.

Member Service Representative II - San Luis Valley

  • Assists branch management team in dual control and oversight in processes of greater complexity
  • Trained on, and supports in, all branches throughout the SLV region as needed, including Saguache and Chaffee Counties
  • Performs all essential duties of the Member Service Representative 1 position

Engage with Members and Non-Members of Aventa Credit Union, and takes a lead role in MSR duties in helping to meet the needs of the Member while actively supporting and helping to achieve goals and initiatives set for the Branch and Department.

Part Time Member Service Representative - Salida, CO/San Luis Valley

  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills that enrich service while performing tasks designed to meet solutions for our members
  • Help give feedback, as well as receive feedback yourself, to continue to grow and help us to grow as a Credit Union
  • Communicate and engage with fellow co-workers on a daily basis to raise the level of service delivery in a fun environment, enriched with opportunities to learn something new each day
